Our core business is baby leaves
The production is split between North and South of Italy.
In the South, the multi tunnel choice and optimal sunny exposition at the sea lever help creating a perfect environment for the baby leaves.
Open field productions
In recent years we have introduced and enhanced open field productions, in order to guarantee all year round, with different regions of origin, products such as radicchio, spinach, sugar loaf, frisee and escarole, by direct management or important partnerships with local producers.
We are crazy about the cooling.
Our two new chilled warehouses, featured by advanced vacuum technologies, protect and preserve the leaves from dangerous interruptions of the cold chain.
